We had a great time at DollyBrook Family Resort! we were 3 families in cabin #9 with 3 spacious bedrooms , large flat screen tv's in each room and very comfy beds. The cabin was super clean and nicely decorated, and you can say the same about the grounds. We enjoyed the olympic size pool the most but for those of us who didn't want to swim each cabin had its own outdoor hot tub , fire pit and weber grill for those grilling enthusiasts! Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back soon!!!

My family and I have visited DollyBrook resort twice in less than a year, and we absolutely love it! The cabins are incredibly cozy and each has its own unique style. There’s so much to do both at the resort and in the surrounding area. Our kids had a blast, we enjoyed every moment, and even our dog had a great time! I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed and loved our weekend vacation at DollyBrook Resort this weekend! Cabin 3 was super clean, modern and the Tempurpidic mattress was amazing. We slept like babies. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Our Goldendoodle loved the woods and outdoor. Our 2 year old enjoy the pool and the sandy volleyball court!! We loved the outdoor lights atmosphere and the outdoor cooking!!! We will definitely be back and recommend this beautiful resort to all the families out there!!!

This place is a gem—high-end, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The forested property is gorgeous, with relaxing nature sounds, plenty of outdoor seating, a fire table, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, picnic table, and string lights that make the resort look magical at night.Inside, every room feels carefully planned. The living room has comfortable recliners and a sofa bed, plus a large Samsung TV; there's another large Samsung TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked, though there is no dishwasher. A downstairs powder room was convenient, and the stairs were manageable, with railings on both sides—important for us because my husband has mobility issues.Upstairs, the bathroom has a small shower, a large recessed jetted tub, lots of drawers, a hairdryer, and a flat iron. The bedroom has a standard-height king bed with a very comfortable mattress and high-end linens.The pool area is large and beautiful with plenty of chaise lounge seating.We brought our dog, who loved exploring the property, though we kept her leashed because a nearby road has fast-moving traffic.Saugatuck was only about a 12-minute drive away from this property in Fennville. The area is somewhat remote. Roads were dark at night, and we lost GPS signal several times, so we'd plan to return to the property before dark next time.We've visited this area annually for 14 years and stayed in many nice places, but this was by far the best—and it cost a little less. We absolutely plan to return.

Great property and house. Everything worked and the house was clean. Appreciated the upkeep. Only suggestion is to make sure that all of the light bulbs work. There are a lot of burnt out bulbs.

It was a beautiful place to stay. I loved that it was situated in the woods but close to everything. I loved that I could enjoy staying at the cabin all day or bop out to different places easily.

Reasons this property was possibly the best rental I've stayed at.1. Actually clean. When it comes to rental reviews for some reason they all say they are clean (or have a good score), but once you get there it's mixed actual results. I guess this property is cleaned by a service and some inspects it afterwards. I can definitely tell because I didn't find one hair or one stain.2. Coffee maker. The coffee maker was broken, I called the office and someone brought over a new one right away. I had coffee THAT MORNING. 3. High-end, name brand mattress. I really respect a property where the landlords buy decent stuff that makes your stay more enjoyable. I stayed at an Airbnb recently where they bought the cheapest possible pillows and they were as flat as a pancake. It's super impressive these units have these mattresses' for the units which are very premium and comfortable. 4. Lighter Fluid and 2 lighters (one was almost out), I don't know why but this made me really happy, they have a great looking fire pit out back and my unit had lighter fluid which made starting the fires much easier. I forgot to buy these things at the store and was elated to find them in the unit when we got back. Sometimes little things like this makes all the difference.Overall, this was probably the best property I've ever stayed at, we are definitely coming back. Date of arrival - July 27, 2026

It was clean, check in was so easy and so nice not to go to a reception desk and have to wait especially because it was so late when we checked in. My only feedback I would give is I wish had more towels.

What a beautiful, magical cabin in the woods! The entire place was clean, orderly, and so cleverly created. The communications for booking, pre-arrival and departure were perfect. It was a pet-friendly location but our doggie wasn't with us. The pool was so welcome as over 90F every day. Loved the sandy volleyball court, tether ball and the lovely wildflowers in the woods. The only small drawback was a 10h00 departure. Anyway that could be 11h00 would be welcome for next time. Thank you for a beautiful experience at Dollybrook!

Dollybrook is a hidden gem! It was quaint and private. I was so glad we could bring our puppy. The only complaint I have is that we could have used more toilet paper and towels.

Amazing place! The house was beautiful and clean. Beds and pull out sofa were comfortable. Plenty of towels and pool towels. Loved the pool! Close to Fennville and Saugatuck. I do wish early check in was available and that check out was later than 10:00.

The whole area is inviting and peaceful. It has many perks most people look for, such as, hot tub, fire pit and gas grill.

Our stay was wonderful

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we appreciated the large dining table and cushioned dining chairs that accommodated our party of 8. Walking distance to the pool and playground was a plus. The outdoor pool was well-maintained, but we would have stayed at the pool longer if the water temperature had been warmer.

What a gorgeous cabin! I loved that there was a king bed in every room with a TV. It made our kids feel like royalty. As a family of 5, we fit perfectly. I loved that the property is big enough we were not on top of our neighbors, but small enough I could let my kids roam freely without worrying if they would get lost. The patio of the cabin was excellent and after long days at the beach, coming home to the hot tub for a glass of wine was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were a bit too floppy for us, but that is minor. We cooked 3-4 family meals in the kitchen to balance the coast and calories of eating out. I loved how close we were to amazing wineries and orchards. A quick drive up to Saugatuck or down to South Haven was very convenient.

We enjoyed the space and hot tub. Loved the lights at night and appreciated the fire pit and pool towels. The toilet seat in the first bath was loose.

We are still thinking about the stay and what a wonderful family experience we had. Something for everyone.

Delightful, Comfy-Cozy, Loved wood paneling. Great beds & bedding. The Pool was Deluxe. We truly had so much fun. Going to get pizza at a bowling alley in town was absolutely old school and we loved it.

We had an amazing time. The place was great, the house was clean, well equipped and located in a quiet area while still being close to Sagatuck. There was a pool on site, and we also enjoyed playing volleyball, basketball and tennis. We definitely come back and stay longer next time.
