About this cabin

Sunshine Loft is a newly remodeled woodland cottage with a distinctive industrial-inspired design and vibrant character. Bright accents and warm finishes create an uplifting atmosphere while maintaining the peaceful setting of the 34-acre DollyBrook property. The main living area offers comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming (no cable), making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for preparing meals, whether enjoying a quick breakfast or a shared dinner. Both bedrooms are located on the upper level and feature king beds designed for restful sleep. The cottage includes one full bathroom and one half bathroom, offering added convenience for guests. Outdoors, enjoy a screened porch and private patio with seating and BBQ grill - ideal for al fresco dining or quiet mornings surrounded by nature. Guests also enjoy access to DollyBrook’s shared resort amenities across the full property. Bedding Configuration Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): King Bed Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King Bed Explore additional on-site and nearby activities on our Activities page. The cottages use a well and septic system. The water is safe to drink but may have a unique taste. You may want to bring bottled water if you’re not accustomed to it. There are no on-site laundry facilities. For laundry needs, visit Zoom Express Laundry in Douglas, which offers self-serve machines.

Winter Wonderland

It was a beautiful place to stay. I loved that it was situated in the woods but close to everything. I loved that I could enjoy staying at the cabin all day or bop out to different places easily.

Sled Loft

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we appreciated the large dining table and cushioned dining chairs that accommodated our party of 8. Walking distance to the pool and playground was a plus. The outdoor pool was well-maintained, but we would have stayed at the pool longer if the water temperature had been warmer.
